    That was an intentional misdirection from the dev team before they introduced the Nurse.

    Maybe but sometimes recycled ideas and I have a feeling that the new killer is to be similar to the nurse, maybe they can recycle the weapon for the new killer.

    The design of Kate Denson existed since they created the game but at the end they created Meg.

    1) The last killer was a male, so it’s safe to say (not guaranteed) that the next killer would be a female.

    2) Back to school is around the corner.

    3) @not_Queen mentioned that there’s a leak for the next killer out there, you just have to look for it. Game files?
