Killer perk idea

Thoughts on this?
The killer can break the bottom of the window and make it become a doorway. It would have a 2 minute cooldown and when you use it for a second time the first window broken will fix itself.
I think this would be great for stopping the huge loops on maps like Rancid Abattoir, Torment Creek and Iron Works but won't be too OP since you can only have 1 broken window at a time.

It would be awesome, but it's like the balanced landing nerf. I'm tired of these band-aid perks to avoid map rework.
