Borrowed time keeps getting buffed
And Where's a killers compensation? What about poor old doctor? Before people say "it stops camping". It's become more : "I'll tush unhooks as the killer terror radius is fading away hence forcing them to camp put of paranoia" / "I don't know how to safely unhook", to be honest deep wound should've been a legion only thing so that borrowed wouldn't spiral out of control.
But that doesn't matter when's then next legion nerf coming in? Sorry I mean deep wounds nerf. I have popcorn.
while legion did get a "net buff" deep wounds got gutted faster than a pompous gambler did in a shady back alley within a batman movie

Yeah, BT is out of control now. Its way beyond preventing camping to "I unhook the other survivor right as the killer turns thier back to go away and they can do nothing about it."

Deep wounds didn't change much. Are you mad people can't exploit them? Deep wounds still do their job.

I don't know how many times a survivor has ran to me trying to bait me with BT, I just wait 15 second before hitting them and they go down... And if I happen to have a mori I use it on them to reward their very smart play... It's hilarious.
This method works pretty well when someone rushes the hooks in the basement using BT; just block the stairs for 15 seconds after the unhook until BT rans out and they are all down again.
EDIT: You think they'll buff it even more after more killers realize how to counter it? Probably, that would be sad, because it's hilarious.

You can't block basements anymore that was changed a couple months back

Also side note I think it was fixed but basements with a door frame you can block

You know the killer has to hit a survivor that was unhooked within 15 seconds for BT to have any effect right? If you don't want survivors to "abuse" BT, wait 15 seconds before you tunnel or chase another survivor.

Oh I see. Maybe the survivors didn't know, because they just stayed running around at the bottom of the stairs while I stayed at the top for 15 seconds.

Yeah I don't know which patch it was but it was them making the basement stairs more wide

I suppose you can still bodyblock them for a few seconds before they manage to get out, you should try that in case they actually try to get out of the basement. If they manage to get up the stairs try bodyblocking the windows, you might get a god pallet drop which is always a good thing and in case they don't remeber BT is running out.

Borrowed Time is the only Meta perk which I think is balanced

Adrenaline is ridiculous, DS can be frustrating, DH and SB aren't bad at all though. If you think DH or SB aren't balanced then something's wrong.

For SB you mean Sprint Burst?
Well,its not exactly OP but its strong.
DH is also close to being OP;if you use it carefully,it can extend chases by a ridicolous amount .

DH and SB are almost on equal standing imo. Once devs fix maps SB will be down a tad but still very useful.

DH is pretty much the epitome of a balanced perk. A lot of counterplay, so if yoy screw up, you are screwed but it gives a massive reward if you use it well.

Deep Wounds has been in a very tricky situation ever since Legion 1.0. At first it could be moonwalked, then it could be "moonwalked" by any killer that had a way to suppress their TR. Obviously ever since the initial "controversy" the devs have really wanted to avoid similar "the survivor will go down in a predetermined amount of time" situations, and I really don't see any way the new sprint-based DW implementation could lead to such situations.
And also, balancing isn't a zero sum game. Just because they change one thing doesn't mean they have to change something else to "compensate" for it.

It got buffed for the right reasons.
Oblivious is new to the game so it only made sense they buffed BT accordingly. If not like they added more time Or reduces the mending time.
I see no issue with BT at all.

Bro you must be a really garbage killer I'm sorry but only toxic killers go for the guy who just got unhooked. Just go for the guy unhooking and then 15 sec later get the other guy not to mention now that it's a teachable it's harder to come by. Like I'm sorry but it's not over powered it's just made so you don't tunnel the poor guy just on the hook so of that's what your doing shame on you and also deal with it

Thats something thats has to be done before yesterday, cause killers still think if theyve no TR they have to camp and there is nothing to do against. Complaining about this not being an issue would show your poor understanding of balance.

Go away from the hook is a counter. Or grab/hit the unhooker. Its has counterplay, but needs to work consistently on every killer.

BT and DS both got nerfed way back. BT only applies to the unhooked. Used to be both. DS is now just slugged out for 60 seconds. As for SB, DH and adrenaline, they are all situational, if you want a survivor look at it.
On the killer side you have mori's, ruin, bad hit boxes, the basement and any other way to slow the game down. How is one perk, easily avoidable like BT, an issue? Just don't camp and its useless.

Its not camping if you hook someone, turn around, and the survivor gets unhooked immediatly.

Let's be honest BT is not godlike. It gives them a few extra seconds to live if you continue to chase them. You can literally wait 15 seconds right behind them and slap them again if you want to tunnel, or since you're so close you could get back to the hook and slap the unhooker. That's 2 injured and one in chase with a new BBQ stack. What's the problem here?

The only time Borrowed Time is a problem is end game. The rest of the time just hit the rescuer ffs.
