Always wears hound mask

Halloween event drops and hound mask vanishes

Contacts support

provide support with my cloud id

"we'll get your items back to you Soon™"

2 weeks later im told i'll get them back in a update

Patch finally drops but still no mask

contacts support again before checking forums like a forehead

they link me the page concerning event cosmetics

"Soon™"

I want die

No hate to the devs i can wait longer as they're only cosmetics but this is a real sad moment.

    devs found the way to retur this skins to people who earn them we jus need to wait, i feel your pain im waiing for mine too

    Yep still no cosmetics, not sure if they have done anything yet but if they have i have been ripped off
