I'll trade you your tunneling Killers for my crab walking Survivors letting me die, or at least get to struggle, on my first hook.

Seriously, though, the amount of salt I've brewed today alone at this show of incompetence is amazing. Twice I've died on first hook, thrice I've been put into struggle, again, on first hook. Not to new players, even though I'm in yellow ranks. No, their purple leveled meta perks show them to not be new, to have at least a smidgen of game knowledge. Twice I've run Kindred, just to help them out, and what do they do? Crab walk. Crouch for three minutes behind a dumpster. Hide for a half hour in a locker on the other side of the map beyond what BBQ would show.

I just don't understand how bad these players really are. I want to get back to my comfortable purple ranks again, yet being left to die in so many matches is pretty depressing. Think I'm just going to go back to killer and wave goodbye to these challenges for now. At least with a tunneling killer, I can rely on my own skill to get out of it.

    Yeah I usually do deliverance, DS, sprint burst, and iron will / adrenawin depending on how I am feeling. It makes you very independent from your team for the most part, especially with a medkit or key. I used to use dead hard but dedicated servers makes it really inconsistent, I think SB is now the better option.

    If a killer tunnels me to death I usually can make them pay dearly for it. You sprint burst straight off the hook which is incredible if you are being camped or are in the basement. Don't hesitate to throw every single pallet on the map to save yourself from death, because if you die early your team is going to lose either way.

    The best way to stop tunneling is to loop the killer hard enough they realize it's going to cost them a lot of generators to put you down.

    i get paired with brown/low rank survivors while playing solo.

    If you want any sort of competence from players, run SWF. If not, enjoy.
