I meant more like early ranks a killer with ruin will dominate. Once they hit the people who borderline know what's going on. The killer who used Ruin throughout low ranks wont really be that good. Be confused and shocked because Ruin was supposed to be the end all perk thats OP. Not to realize they didn't honestly learn the basics.

Ruin nerf? It's part of the game.. what if we remove 360°s, looping I'm sure killers just hate that. Ruin isn't that hard to counter hit your skill checks. Anyway i love you all.

Not sure where you are getting that I claim to chase more than one survivor. My claim, which is fact, is when you play smart, you can maintain map pressure. I too play the red ranks and know from experience.

I think the issue is how debilitating Ruin is on new players. No need to remove it, but lessening the impact at ranks 18 to 20 would encourage learning to work through it while not completely destroying a team of new players. That could be a bad barrier for getting new players to stay.

no he means higher ranks should remove perks in general. just make killers fly and survivors go underground while the killer has to dig to find them. perfect solution to this discussion

Well you are correct some of your arguments are not exactly 100% true as both Hag and Huntress are able too by an extremely versatile and skilled player. Though both of those require unique set up from addons, perks, map, great predictions. So it's more like a .001% chance of ever finding that specific killer with the right conditions.
Don't get me wrong I 100% agree with you just kinda wanted to mention it.

Lmao. I wouldn't mind seeing a ruin change. Like make it to where it doesn't regress if you don't get a great skill check with a slow down to gen progression but where it doesn't stack. I don't want to see it being abused with thano and dying light.

As a killer main not having ruin is basically suicide for anyone that isn't Spirit/Nurse/Billy
Most killers don't have the speed to control 5 gens it's just not possible and it's not really fair that us killer mains have to play certain killers to win. I just want to play who I enjoy not who im forced to play to win.

Ruin shouldnt be nerfed at all, im rank one and i still get team mates that cant hit ruin and if that happens just get the totem thats what i have to do or ill end up doing 3 gens solo before anyone else does one, the perk is fine as it is. the spawns arent hard to find and you can hit great skill checks, if both of those are too hard or seem a challenge then there is what you can improve on instead of moaning about your team. my advice is to do gens with ruin, if your team are struggling get the totem, and if you cant find it then you can learn to tiles, spawns and even help with loops. at red ranks without ruin the killer has lost simple as, sure sometimes they can do well but thats just bad survivors or lucky map but when you get a full team who can just hit great skill checks then damn those gen`s fly bye and thats why killers run it, the chases survivors want with the loops to have fun but not wanting longer gens so the killer can spare the time to chase is the issue.

Even some red rank players struggle with RUIN what's a surprise, the only way to counter is to gen tap or find ruin yourself using either a rainbow map, small game or try to hear a flame flickering nearby.

Okay but for real, dealing with Ruin helped me get better at skill checks as a whole. I'm still not perfect, but I can now hit multiple ruins skill checks in a row.

I hope you're only talking about certain perks, because perks like STBFL, Dark Devotion, and Brutal Strength are pathetic at tier 1.
