That's a weird thing tbh.
They are trying to do "Game Health" That's why no Winter solstice event.
But if they do make them will they be free..? because imagine the contest winners having to pay for the skins they... WON.
But knowing behaviour if they are making them it will be behind a paywall.

I believe it was going to be available in the store for everyone to buy, but we've heard nothing about it anymore since the contest. Hope they didn't forget about it cause they've been pumping out all these cosmetics but not the contest winner ones, like, when y'all releasing them tho?

It might take a while to make those skins, first they need to make new models for the added cosmetics, then they would need to color it, then render it, then code the features, then release it, but I am waiting for some of those skins.

We have had updates since the contest, most notably in the October livestream and verbally since then from Peanits.
They are definitely being worked on, and well on the way to completion. We have no word yet on exactly when they will be released or how they will be priced when they do, but they have not been forgotten and will be coming to the game in the future.

Costumes will be available for shards and auric cells in the store. Winners will get theirs for free. The price will be equivalent to the Very Rare rarity cosmetics; 1,080 cells (full outfit) or 21,600 shards.

That's interesting, can you link me to the source you got that from?

Thank you all for the answers. I was seriously concerned that they forgot about it considering the amount of cosmetics being released since the contest. Seeing Demon Slayer Feng being made kinda got be back into DBD, sound stupid but mans gotta have aesthetics at times.

That should be good enough tbh.
Plus, there was a LIVE stream about it, as said by Fibijean above. So it's pretty much 100% confirmed that they're still working on it... I wouldn't see why they would abandon it in the first place, but it's good to have confirmation.
