Survivors always win.
Devs don't care about how frustrating the killer side is, they only care about the survivor mains as they surv mains buy skins, us true killer mains who know killer is the power role should just quit for 30 months. When survs can't get queues they'll make the killer side better.
Killer is supposed to be the power-role.

Your title is objectively false. Survivors can feel too powerful at times, but that is due to map design. Strong killers with strong builds can stomp even the sweatiest of swfs.

If they didn’t care then MoM, DS, insta heals, pallets and window vacuum, pallets in general and fast vaults never would’ve been nerfed.

I know that, it's just survivors can abuse the looping to the point that you can't catch them. Plus the nerf to nurse and spirit is crappy.

And with all the killer sobbing about SWF, then the devs come out that the "Godlike with 16 extra perks" 4 man Swf does not even have a 50% survival rate, its slightly below.

You can still down a good survivor in a loop with the Huntress if you're good at mind gaming people... It can be hard to get a hatchet hit on t walls or jungle gyms but you can also fake hatchets, do moonwalks, double back etc, it works for me I'm a rank 2 killer... In my case SWF groups gen rushing is a bigger problem, loops are easy to mind game sometimes with the right perks and the right strategy, I usually run I'm all ears when I play with the Huntress.

I mean in my experience, killers always win... Not always but more often than I escape, killers win. Maybe they need to make more than a couple of killers viable to balance things out more. Smaller maps for sure.

Depends on your definition of winning. If it's pipping, then survivor definitely always wins. If it's kills, I get more kills than people escaping.

You just gotta get better. I suggest asking for builds/advice. There are a lot of great experienced killers on the forums that love to lend a helping hand and give you valuable helpful information.

It already takes me 5-20 minutes to get a game with all the lobby dodges and just general slow times for purple and red rank survivors.
Genuine question - what's a win for a killer? Is anything but a 4k a loss? As a survivor, I'm happy if at least someone gets out, it doesn't have to be me. I feel like killers have a different mentality playing this game.

I mean Im chillin with my survivors as killer. I still get all 4 killed with no moris or bs like camping. They arent favoring survivors or killer and they are trying to keep them equal because they should be. If killers were the "power role" everyone would pick killer and always win because they are more "powerful". As Dark Souls players would say, git gud

This is literally the worst topic because it's not that Devs are survivor sided at all and the game is actually killer sided. The only huge difference is SWF because if everyone was solo and couldn't relay information it would be killer sided. The information that can be instantly communicated in SWF games makes it impossible to balance and if killers get their way and SWF quits all together, good luck ever getting a match with 3 survivors waiting for the solo that will never come. It's so easy to tell the difference between a game with solo survivors and an SWF team it's not even funny.

Metrics demonstrate a consistent 2 survivors to every killer. You need 4 survivors for a game. Sometimes you see 3:1, but NEVER the inverse. Always, too many people want to play killer.
Over time the devs have consistently removed or nerfed the aspects that allow survivors to survive (vaults, pallets etc.), while buffing killers (bloodlust, more one-shot/instant find mechanics, end game hatch). Survivor mains did one of 2 things since release. Left the game or migrated to playing killer. The only survivor mains left are ‘new’ survivors who have no perspective or my favourite; killer mains that ‘play both sides equally’ -.-
Killer queues are longer despite the anecdotal subjective comments "I insta find games' I always see.
The game is biased in favor of killers and the metrics show it. No ones wants to play on the ‘losing’ side as a result.

I started playing the game 2 years ago and I can tell you, the game is perfectly balanced at the moment, at least compared to what it used to be... The only problem right now is the ranking system
Now, about pallets and vaults I can guarantee you that there are enough of them around every map to run the killer around and make him waste a lot of time but you always need to have a plan before you enter a chase, that way you know where the safe pallets are, where the jungle gyms are, where you can mind game etc. I honestly enjoy playing survivor a bit more than killer and I can tell you, the game is perfectly balanced as of right now.

I'm with you. It's like impossible to 4k at red ranks. Hell it's hard as ######### to even safety pip. This is why I stop playing this game for months at a time and I wish other killers would too. The second I hit red ranks, the game instantly becomes completely frustrating and un-fun. And yet at low ranks for survivor, you get stomped because other survivors are morons who don't do gens. Basically, the balancing in this game is horse #########, it isn't fair at any rank, it is rarely fun, and I don't understand how there is still a regular player base.

The biggest problem is the games go way too fast. Everything else I can live with and everything else would balance out if the games at red ranks weren't under 5 minutes long because people just gen rush and leave. There is not enough time to chase, hit, down, and hook every survivor 3 times in 5 minutes. It is just not possible. Gens need to take longer or there needs to be a second mandatory objective added, period.

I won't disagree with that, but when you consider the nerfs thrown at survivors over time relative to killer or playing as a soloq survivor which has received nerf after nerf.
Then you throw in design decisions recently like EGC (or hatch close) which just benefits killers in general. Where if you have a high mobility killer and 2 adjacent doors then as a survivor your better off farming totems/hooks then trying to open gate if hatch is closed.
In that capacity, its good that killers have received some push back. Unless the devs want killer queue times to increase.

The Endgame event mainly favors killers, but the devs don't care about killers frustration right? I'd advise you to play survivor for awhile and see how you really feel afterwards about the matter.

Right now they're instant and we got long survivor queues. Just like two years ago. It's not as bad, but we are getting close to it with various bugs on certain killers and the sound issues. Additionally there were some nerfs to freddy and oni, for some reason. Survivors don't got that big issues rn except DH.

No they're not.
I've noticed that long term killers get preferential treatment (queue skipping) but beyond that killer queue times are up.
Before games went to dedicated servers, the ratio of survivor/killer was 2/1 sometimes 3 but NEVER the inverse.
Also the devs removed ingame timers, but before they did killers started complaining about their queue times relative to survivor.
These points alone make it interesting about how d/c penalties are going to work out and why the devs and inching forward because these metrics are just going to get worse as its usually survivors that d/c.
And I don't understand your 'but 2 years ago' survivor queue times were worse? Because unless you can explain this better it just sounds like some abstract anecdotal subjective point that's designed to conflate the issue.

I can just tell you about my queue times two years ago and my queue times right now.
Two years ago i got instant queues as killer, because killers were frustrating, unfun and weak, at least most of them. Now i got instant queues as killer.
My opinion, based on what i see, is, that killers are weak, or at least very unfun, at the moment. It's an opinion, it's subjective and my observations are also subjective.

It's mostly just matchmaker my dude, you could have 20 hours experience in the game it will throw you up again and again against people with thousands of hours, all meta perks maxed and like 4 toolboxes and expect you to just somehow make for a fair match.
You can lose with no hope of actually winning like a dozen games in a row before suddenly it puts you against people below your rank or below your skill level that you just curb stomp.
BHVR's idea of balance is if half the matches the killer steamrolls the survivors, and half the matches the survivors steamroll the killer- that must mean the game is balanced because that averages 2 kills a match.
It's broken logic; that everyone eats up and refuses to actually consider that maybe it's not perfect; so I wouldn't expect it to ever get changed. You can either enjoy the game as it is or just move on to something else, those are the only two choices really.
