Survivor Perk - Overheal
Overheal
Unlocks the ability be healed while in Healthy State. Any excess healing done by this perk is stored, up to the limit of 100/150/200% (16/24/32 charges). While in an Injured State, repairing a Generator, sabotaging a Hook or cleansing a Totem consumes stored charges and heals You at 50% the normal Healing Speed.

Damn, I wish I could bandage my wounds before I get hurt so when I get shot. I be like "Don't worry Ma! I bandaged myself before bleeding out I'm gucci!" It would be a big time waster to heal when healthy. Make it where you don't have to overheal and just do the objective. Probably add a little more limitations and it should be a fine perk. Such as making you broken during the recovery time.
