Which Exhaustion perk are you running, if any, and pros cons of each?
So I always feel like the exhaustion perks are so strong I want to dedicate a slot to one no matter what my build is, does anyone else? Here are my thoughts and I realize it can be different for everyone depending on play style and other perks.
Spring Burst. Gives you a nice jump if a killer catches you at an unsafe gen, also can be 99'd to bait killers from time to time. It isn't always available when needed though unless you walk everywhere which I refuse.
Dead Hard. Super strong, on command to bait a swing or even DH for distance to reach a loop. I would use this more but I stink at timing plus dedicated servers make it even more riskier.
Lithe. This used to be my favorite, it can give you huge distance in a chase, but only if you reach that vault safely. It doesn't actually help you to get there in the first place.
Balanced Landing. I know it's still strong, but it's map dependent and without the passive softer landings I don't think it's something I personally want to use.
Head On. It's fun, but not always useful, kind of a meme perk, and is better with coordinated teams like SWF.

balanced landing most times so the middle building of the map isn't pure suicide

I really love Sprint Burst. People tend to fall into the trap of walking everywhere, though. Using the sprint to find a safe gen is the most optimal way of running it. Often it will be ready to be used again by the time the killer finds you, or the gen is done. And if they killer does find you, then you use the safe loops around you. I run it with spine chill so I can always keep on top of what the killer is doing, and move accordingly depending on what killer it is.
Pros: crazy speed on a dime, guaranteed to work, perfect for repositioning
Edit: Almost forgot 99ing exhaustion, which lets you use Sprint burst essentially at will. Can't really be done when working on gens, though.
Cons: has to be wasted (which leaves you vulnerable for 40+ seconds), or preserved (which wastes time walking everywhere).

DH just for that little push to get to a pallet, it's too unreliable to avoid swings with in its current dedicated server state.

I'd rather run no exhaustion perk than BL. I prefer DH over SB because I run everywhere.

Head on, lithe for certain builds and dead hard with adrenaline sometimes. Never was a fan of sprint burst or balanced even before the nerf

I love DH, but have switched to Lithe because it's been treating me pretty pretty bad on dedicated servers (Hit DH, get Exhausted, still get hit without lunging forward).

Console doesn't have dedicated servers yet and I hope they fix them before they hit consoles.

Nothing beats getting Exhausted and having nothing to show for it...except 1 less hook state T_T

I run four, one each on a different survivor.
Sprint Burst -Good at making distance from the killer when doing a gen or whatever. Bad, when or if you want to save it you have to walk everywhere. Also a glitch if you run while on hook, like use the run button. You use SB while on hook. Either you hold it while getting saved, getting saved halfway on hook but the one saving you stops and when you exercise on the hook.
Lithe- Good at making distance by vaulting and in most maps there is a place that there's it vault. Bad, when you vault and get downed or hit. You waste it because it hit from full health, you get mini SB and from injured to down. Well you are down.
Balanced Landing -Can't make noise when falling, usually maps have one place to fall from. Bad, Staggered one time use.Sucks to have if map doesn't have one.
Head on- It's fun to get someone with it. Can save lives.Have killer wary of lockers. Bad-When killer knows how to counter it.

Don't tend to run any the majority of the time but if I do now and again I'd pick Lithe or DH.
SB for myself is wasted as I always run so its not really up when its going to be as useful.
BL was good but with the change its a bit meh now. I'd rather the stagger recharged while running at least over 40s. It also made me want to get to high ground which was detrimental a lot of times as it changed my mindset wanting to use it.
DH is always good for an extra loop but with the servers its very hit or miss.
Lithe overall seems to be the most consistent exhaustion perk atm for gaining distance as a window is never far away.
Headon well I see that as more of a meme perk for myself and running quick and quiet is needed for optimal use when in a chase. It's also quite inconsistent with the distance a killer is from the locker.

I use the same way, I run like I normally would. If I end up on a gen long enough to have it and a killer sneaks up on me then away I go.

I don't run any exhaustion perks because I feel they are too restrictive.
Running Sprint Burst stops me from running everywhere so I won't waste it. If I walk to the gens I waste time, but if I run to the gens I won't have it ready to escape the killer. Still better then Dead Hard, though. Was thinking of doing a Speed Walker build though; Sprint Burst, Vigil, Fixated, Hope.
Balanced Landing requires a place to land from to activate, meaning it can't be used anytime like the others. Still more reliable then Dead Hard though.
Lithe is my favorite. In theory, anyways, I don't have Feng. Fing? That vault lady. Activate-able when you need it, can be used at areas meant to create space for survivors (windows/pallets) to create even more space. Can slow vault windows to not waste it, making it superior to SB. Also superior to Dead Hard.
Head On is very fun, and can even be funny to get hit by. Can create space for yourself and for teammates, and can be used in rare occasions to save a survivor about to be hooked. This perk was a very nice addition to the game.
Adrenaline I'm a bit mixed on. On one hand, it's a very strong effect. On the other hand, it NEEDS to be strong, because it only works after your team repairs all the gens. Well, IF they repair the gens. What this means is that before end game it does nothing for you except let you repair the final gen in safety, knowing you are about to get healed. Still prefer it over Dead Hard.
Dead Hard + dedicated servers = lol

Dead hard so many times saved my ass when unhooking camped survivors + help with looping a lot. Sprint Burst is for Gen Rushing.
My usual combo is: DH + IW + Kindred + Any other perk (default: WGLF) +Medkit

I started to use Dead Hard because I hadn't played a lot of Survivor recently, so I was in the gray ranks with Survivors that would unhook in the Killer's face without BT. Getting downed immediately after an unhook over and over again sucked, so I wanted to have some way to counter that (I'm still trying to get DS, even though I ######### despise the perk). I'm on PS4, so I don't have to deal with dedicated servers not working properly.
