Don't let him down; Otz really believes you will buff Oni BHVR
Otz is currently doing a series where he is mastering every killer, even Nurse and Clown. The Oni is the only killer he is refusing to master because he truly believes BHVR will buff him from his current depressing state. Every game Otz plays with him he just feels depressed because his Demon Dash is so bad and he is just a worse Billy. Here is an example https://www.twitch.tv/videos/528467430?t=00h11m43s. I believe too. Oni is by far one of my favorite killers. I will play and hone him in the meantime, but he deserves more. He could and should be one of the most fun killers in the game to play as and against

I hope they throw Oni a bone. He's a mediocre hillbilly at this point. Ton of fun to play at first, but he isn't fun to master.
He should have an edge in the early game, like Myers. They are both ridiculously tall and incredibly loud, so maybe Oni should get a slightly smaller terror radius? He's a normal m1 killer with no power until a survivor makes a mistake and gets hit. Letting him get closer for that first hit might just fill in the gaps of his kit

I'm not sure if anyone feels the same about this, but if the onis demon strike lunge is reduced I think it'd make the oni a lot easier to handle. Right now his lunge feels kinda much and half the time you end up lunging right past the person you're trying to hit
