is blood echo good on plague?
Im thinking about using this perk on her with pgtw, dying light, and thano (I don't like using ruin on her) so that i have a window where I don't have to worry about exhaustion perks. The main problem is that i've put over 40 lvls past her max lvl with p3 and I have yet to see the perk, its as if the game does not want me to have it. So before I put even more blood points into her for this perk i was wondering if anyone has used it on her and if its good since survivors will always be injured and almost always have an exhaustion perk for blood echo to take affect.

Arguably. Forcing exhaustion is great since Dead hard is so strong against her. Not everyone runs exhaustion perks though.

I don't think so. In my opinion it's quite a weak perk in general.
The Hemorrhage is basically worthless and not even worth mentioning, so it's basically just 45seconds of Exhausted only on injured targets with a cooldown.
Bar some hook rush scenarios, by the time you actually find someone new and get the chance at a hit those 45 seconds will either already be gone or really close to gone. This is also if they are even running an Exhaustion perk in the first place.
Then there's also the fact that Plague already has quite a few perks that work really well with her, so it's not just if the perk is good enough for her, but also the cost of losing a different perk for the slot.
Plague is probably one of the best killers to make use of this perk and even in it's best case scenario it is still extremely lacking.
Hemorrhage needs to either be reworked to do more or be replaced with a different status effect that isn't complete trash. The cooldown also shouldn't even exist. The counter to the perk already exists and the cooldown is just overkill.
Then it might be worth considering.

The cool down is not that much of an issue from my prospective since during that 45 seconds of exhaustion the survivor will play safer meaning pallets dropped or not realize they are exhausted and mess up; Because of this it shouldn't be an issue on time since you would be slowing the game naturally with thano and dying light and could always kick a gen with pgtw. So by the time you have hooked someone, found and downed someone, then kicked a gen before or after that down the cool down for blood echo would be over so you can activate it again.
Like I said I haven't used it but that is what using this perk looks like in my head and I also don't care about the hemorrhage effect only the exhaustion which is why I think it could be good on her since exhaustion perks are really the only thing she has to worry about. At least it would be better than M&A since thats what im using in its place so I can get slightly closer to survivors and because I don't know what 4th perk is the best besides ruin which i will not use.

I should also mention that my preferred play style in a match is to obviously get everyone sick early in the game than get stacks for dying light so that it and thano can make gens take longer to repair which makes pgtw more effective. During the match after a few gens get done I start patrolling the closest ones and chase people into those areas to waste the pallets in order to make it unsafe to be at those gens. I usually down and find people pretty quickly during this time but of course exhaustion perks extend the chase so thats why I want to use blood echo on her. I don't often have games where every gen is done due to the extreme slow down and loss of progress my build does to survivors so when the exit gates do get powered I just do my best to down and hook people as usual and I think blood echo could also help during this time since they can't just dead hard, sprint burst, or ect to get to the exit gates easily.

I mean that's relying on them messing up which isn't happening as much at high ranks, so that isn't a good strategy in the first place and them throwing pallets early really doesn't matter all that much since there's more than enough to finish all 5 gens.
I think you'd get a lot more use out of your M&A or even Infectious Fright which I think is extremely good on her.

45 seconds exhaustion on a 60 seconds CD. Dunno man.

my build makes it so that if they do or don't cleanse I still get use out of thano, dying light, and pgtw because even when they cleanse someone is still always sick and can spread it around or i can just do it and having corrupt purge allows you to quickly injure and down people so If blood echo encourages more cleansing than to me thats pretty good.
also I would rather run constant slow down perks than one that only works in the beginning of the game that way it encourages cleansing later on. As for infectious fright id consider it but would replace M&A instead because having a smaller TR with a perk that works based on the TR isn't the best combination.

It's often longer then 45 seconds, remember it doesn't recharge if they run

When I play her I use ruin, thanataphobia, dying light and bbq for the bloodpoints but if I didn’t use that I’d probably use enduring

Plague is the best Killer for this Perk, however, other Perks are stronger on her.
(Which is a general problem with Perks like that - they are nice for specific Killers, but not worth taking a Perk Slot)

I played with blood echo on plague. Its damm good. Completely denies dead hards, with is the strongest exhaustion perk. Also good on Legion at some point.

I thought about that too, thr main problem is, that you can't tell, if they are affected by Blood Echo atm. Did they ran around the map for the last minute or did they do a gen?

My build is: Bamboozle, Infectious Fright, Corrupt Intervention and BBQ / Thanatophobia.
I feel like exhaustion is not worth it + I would need to get the new character and grind it. X_x God, pls, no..

I mean the nice thing about blood echo isn't just how much time you can save in a chase by taking away dead hard or balanced. The thing is that it disables a perk that could've otherwise been active. Combine that with the broken status effect from your infection and just the one perk blood echo plus max infection will often deny survivors 3-4 of their perks. Perkless survivors are quite a bit easier to handle, especially if they aren't cleansing.

for some reason I thought that the exhaustion and the other affect both only stayed activated for 45 seconds because It was tied to blood echo. I haven't used the perk so this makes blood echo sound better and is yet just another reason why I want it on my plague now.

It's my favourite perk on her, I thought the cooldown would make it less useful but it hasn't really, I end up barely have to deal with exhaustion perks now when playing her. I run it on legion too with the mangled/broken pin addons. Survivors may not care about being injured or broken but strip them of their dead hards and they're more likely to panic and make bad choices.

Great perk on her if you plan on having a more chase orientated build on Plague rather than Gatekeeper Build. Game plan would be to run BBQ,Thano,Blood,Echo and Pop. Helps you snowball quickly.

It does work like that. The chase ends as you down them but the effects happen at the same time so you get the larger radius for scream then smaller radius for hunting if needed.

It's best on Plague, but it's still a D tier perk in my opinion.

I ran it on Legion, and I had some pretty good results from the perk. Against good survivors that run either Dead Hard or Sprint Burst, taking away the strongest re-usable perk in their loadout is a huge benefit. Sure, you'll get games where very few people even have exhaustion perks, but you should see a lot of value from it in most games.

I would run it, I do it on Legion and it makes a big difference. Almost everyone is running dead hard or sprint burst at rank 1 atm and if they don't have an exhaustion perk they're a weak link and are a freebie anyways. Snowballing against people who are permanently injured and getting exhausted a lot is very strong. Dying light is complete trash and should not be used especially over thana.
