How to counter mori

So i played with leatherface and i had a ebony mori and i put someone down but i couldn't mori him because he was moving left and right i picked him up put him on the ground and i tried to mori him but again i couldn't do it so i had to put him in the hook i think it's a good counter against mori.

That's... Uhh not really a counter to anything? Except insanely potato killers I suppose.

As they stand, there are zero counters to moris and they need to be looked at ASAP.

There are three different moris. Yellow mori lets you kill the last survivor. Green let’s you kill one survivor after they’ve been hooked at least one time. The red colored one lets you kill every survivor as long as they have been hooked once. They’re rare, so make sure to save them for when you see survivors are bringing in multiple toolboxes or keys and tunnel the crap out of them.
