Survivor Perk - Make a Wish.
-This perk leave you have better % chances of take the item you choose it in your perk.
You can swap the item you wish with a "specific hotkey" every time you swap or open a chest the perk gets CD and automatically changes to another diferent wish.
-The stats for every lv could be: 70%,80%,90% and for CD: 160,140,120.
P.D;In my opinion this perk will be interesting to the Looter build cause the Luck mechanics are forgoten and actually useless,really need a rework,just who use perk from ace? or Luck offers? For example if luck could work with perks i wont put 90% instead will be 75-80% at tier 3 cause you could combine with other stuff to make build sinergies.
So what do you think about this? Once again sorry for my bad english and see you in the fog.

Keys is the only think you cant get if run this perk or leave it and get green broken keys has trash reroll... but thats depends on how devs want to see it..

Yes is inspired from identity V chests mechanics, but adapted to this game with interesting mechanics to play. Just think you no have the same freedom selection like Identity V cause is intented to every time you change your wish changes to another random stuff with a cd every time you roll it.
