I feel really stupid here but....did a rank reset happen? I thought It was the 13th every month, but even if it did I shouldn't be rank 20. And its on both killer and survivor? I didn't think I could even be a rank 20! I feel really really dumb here but this is happening after I was only paired with low rank survivors while I was survivor for like a month.

But I mean....######### happy birthday to me. God forgive me for what im about to do to these dweets

    Correct, it's the 13th of every month. What it sounds like is that you ran into a bug that reset your rank.

    You can try opening a ticket with Support but they won't up your rank any. You still need to grind back to where you were.

    Try ranking up and see if it brings back your old rank.

    Make sure your progress wasn't reset and you still have everything you had before. If your save data was reset open a support ticket.

    The first thing I did was check to make sure I didn't lose anything because holy ######### that would suck, but everything seems to be good. Im bout to go into my first match but if it makes me climb the ranks again....so be it

    Sucks on survivor but I mean, I was already only being paired with browns and yellow anyway

    Just got done with a game for killer, still rank 20. I also played nurse and almost lost because 1 guy wasn't a potato so it wasn't even bullying....still didn't get adapt tho. Im just going to assume this is the devs gift to me and they want me to get that damn achievement. Couldn't get it purple, couldn't get it green, couldn't even come close to getting it in yellow but god damn it I'm getting this ######### in brown no matter how many baby dweets bully me lol

    UPDATE

    I did in fact get adapt nurse (Had to use both ultra red add ons lol) I get off and now that im back on my ranks are back to normal. They dead ass really gave that achievement for my birthday
