Why is BBQ so rare on the bloodweb?
I'm up to 17 rotations above 50 on my Hag, and it still has not popped. 13 on my Huntress, 9 on my Trapper, that I can remember. All three which I'm grinding atm, haven't used other killers aside from dailies. Every other perk seems to have at least two or three spots in those rotations each, yet BBQ? Nope. Just unlucky?

Its as likely as any other perk. Its pure RNG.

Grind more play more, all looks good for BHVR.

And why is Discordance II and III so common? The amount of times the Entity has left me to choose from either those or a trash teachable is crazy! I'm pretty sure the Entity has got an agenda to make me learn Hangman's Trick.
No, I'll take Discordance IV, V and VI before you make me pollute my bloodwebs even further!

Pretty sure the teacheables pop up every time you don't pick one. So by not picking one, you're just having 1 less space for a good perk to appear

It's RNG - you're just getting unlucky.
The best way to get a specific perk quicker is to eliminate other perks as quickly as possible. In other words, buy tier 3 of any perk that you see as soon as you see it even if you don't want it. That way on the next bloodweb there is a smaller pool of perks that can show up and thus a higher chance to see BBQ

Well, I wouldn't say this for sure... but it's a perk that massively reduces the grind for killers... and so... I think they don't want the perk that can cut the grind down to be accessible as often as perks like Breakdown, Quick and Quiet or Dead Hard.
That way more people play the game...
...but that's just a theory...

It’s all RNG based. BBQ was my first perk on my P3 Huntresses bloodweb. There is just more bad perks than perks you actually want. You only have a 4/66 chance of getting the perk you want anyways.

Like @Accullla said, your best bet is getting the 3rd tier of perks when you can. It will dwindle down the remaining perks and you will eventually get the one you want. Same thing happened to me on huntress. The only good thing is that now I have about 20 iri head and 20 bloody party streamers. .

Because the first tier of it is an uncommon perk so it's shared amongst the other 40ish uncommon perks.
