I like him more than Billy TBH, i tried going back to billy but his straight lines are pretty meh. I like with Oni you don't need to dash to get the insta down. do xbox red ranks count -_-

Barely red rank survivor, this far into the new rank reset model, isn’t really going to prove he’s strong. You most likely could have gotten the same results with any other killer.

Oni is so fun to play.....on PC. That's the bad thing. Oni is fun only on PC. In console he sucks ass, unplayable

PS4 Oni is pretty bad though, I've won almost every match against him. But the majority if the killers were pretty awful in general, bad perks, worse rank (rank system is god awful since im rank 5 and being stuck with rank 12 killers) and awful gameplay (they were ok at mindgaming but not too good).

Of course he's not garbage. People are upset because he got unfairly changed (90 degrees was a good compromise) but he's still not bad.

I think he’s kind of fun, I do feel weaker with him than a lot of other killers but I haven’t played him a lot so maybe with practice he could be closer to a good tier?
I never liked billy either though I’m not a fan of the charge up one hit powers honestly.

I think he used to be better than Billy when he was released but now he's mid to high mid tier. He still has map pressure and an instadown, and when you start hooking people you have your power quite often, but he has to run loops like normal killers now.
I feel like if they bring it back to 90 degrees he'll be very good.

He is alright on certain maps against ok/bad survivors since decent and good survivors just turn slightly and you miss completely he's also really bad at looping at least that's from my experience on ps4

Granted I've only played him a few times, I really don't see the point. Hillbilly or Myers is way more fun (who Oni feels like a combination of.)
The only reason I could see playing Oni is for variety. I'm sure there are some good Oni players out there though. Not many I would assume.
