Does OOO trigger if killer is in stealth?
I've noticed that my Object has triggered regardless of if the Killer is in stealth mode. I once used Object in kyf vs a pig, who said while crouched "I can see you" I noted my Object was active and I looked away then he said "now I can't see you" so my guess is yes but would like confirmation

Did it light up while looking at the Killer? Cuz if so that's actually really useful.

OoO should not reveal the aura of killers who have the Undetectable status effect applied (for example, T1 Myers, shrouded Ghostface, crouched Pig, cloaked Wraith, Demogorgon immediately after emerging from a portal) but the perk will still light up when looking in their direction. So it is useful, even against stealth killers, because it shows you the general direction they're in.
Additionally, even though you cannot see their aura while the perk is active, the killer is still able to see yours.

If the Killer has the undetectable status effect like Myers in Tier l, Wraith cloaked, Pig crouching, and GhostFace in nightshroud, than OoO will not work on them at that time.
By not work on them, I mean the aura effect won't show for them but it'll work for you, meaning they'll see you but you can't see them. This is why it still lights up, OoO is still active but it isn't showing their auras because of the undetectable status effect!
So, OoO at that point becomes a pocket Spinechill with no bonus effects on it... unless Wraith uncloaks, Pig gets out of her crouch, Nightshroud turns off for GhostFace, and Myers goes into Tier ll, than you won't see them when they're not out of thier undetectable phase.
But the light will still show up when they're looking at you and vice versa, making it a bootleg spinechill during that time.

The light shows that you are looking at them, not that they are looking at you.
So it's a premonition with no cooldown, not a spinechill.

Spine-Chill lights up when they're looking at you...
So does OoO against an undetectable user, it doesn't flash and than turn off with a cool-down, it'll stay lit up until they stop looking in your direction, just like Spine-Chill.

No, YOU look at the Killer to light it up.
It's based on where the Survivor is looking, not where the Killer is looking. That's what Premonition does except it doesn't have a cooldown.
And I explicitly said there wasn't a cooldown.

It really, really, really, really, doesn't matter what it is Nuclear. Premonition gives an auditory notification when you're looking at the Killer in a 45 degree cone within 36 meters, afterwards it goes into a cool-down for 60/45/30 seconds.
OoO against a Undetectable user is still Spine-Chill albeit reversed in this scenario, where the Survivor is the one that activates it and the Killer doesn't. It doesn't give that auditory notification and it stays on for how long you're looking in the Killers direction, it's not Premonition at all no.
The cool-down part was also talking about premonition, not OoO.

Spine Chill tells you when the Killer is looking at you
OoO against undetectable tells you when you are looking at the Killer.

Spine-Chill tells you when the Killer is looking at you, in this case it's reversed, hence why I said "a reverse spine-chill"
OoO against undetectable tells you when you're looking at the Killer yes, it does so by flashing the perks color on and off, its the opposite of how Spine-Chill actually works, but in this case it's a reverse of who activates it, Premonition gives an audio cue and that's it.....

You're both right, and have entered a circular argument.
Yes, Premonition does give you an auditory queue, and it is based on when you look at the killer. OoO doesn't but it does tell you. The trade-off here is that you have a cooldown at the cost of not revealing yourself.
It works the same way as Spine Chill with the flashing of the perk. It's based on one target looking at the other. The literal only difference is WHO activates the perk.

I think the part @NuclearBurrito took issue with was the bit at the end of your original answer where you said "the light will still show up when they're looking at you and vice versa", which is inaccurate because OoO only lights up when the survivor is looking at the killer, not the other way around. The whole Spine Chill/Premonition comparison threw it off the rails a bit, but I think the point they were trying to make originally was just that that particular part of your answer wasn't correct.

Yes, this was cleared up as we progressed with the conversation.
After he cleared it up it just made me change the argument and continue to claim that it's a reverse spine-chill, since the only thing different is who's activate the perk... since Spine-Chill activates when the Killer looks at you, and OoO when undetectable is active activates when the Survivor looks at the Killer.
I eventually agreed that I was wrong (in my own way), but I still don't agree that it's more comparable to Premonition than it is to Spine-Chill (but reversed), I disagree with that heavily, but like I said, opinions are opinions, not everyones opinions are the same and they'll clash but it's good to meet a middle ground with the old saying "agree to disagree".
