Devs when are you going to nerf prove thy self and resilience?
I mean you guys nerfed freddys ropes and chains but when are you going to do something about those perks?
add on toolboxes and brand new parts and BAMB you've got yourself a gen done in 40 seconds!

Prove Thyself should be reworked, I agreed. All toolboxes and their addons should be nerfed.
But Resilience is okay, it even needs a small buff like 10/11/12%.

So a specific killer’s add ons got nerfed who was over performing so you think that means survivor perks should be nerfed to compensate? Lol
Also this is the first time I’ve heard anyone ask for a nerf to resilience lol. If anything the perk needs a small buff.

If the devs nerfed mediocre perks like Resilience people will get motivated to run meta perks instead... Like Decisive Strike, Adrenaline, Dead Hard and Unbreakable. No heal Gen rush (Adrenaline) combined with anti slug (Unbreakable), anti tunnel (Decisive) and a bit of a chase extender (Dead Hard).
People should appreciate that some survivors are even willing to run something like Resilience instead.

I see, i see, forever Freddy player (disgusting) got a slight nerf on his add ons and needs a Prove Thyself nerf. I bring PT on double bp events for the points. And nobody runs PT, 1 person out of 20 games..? Maybe non..?

Prove Thyself is not even a good Perk. If somebody is running Prove Thyself, he is not using a Perk which is way better. Which is good for the Killer.
Furthermore, Prove Thyself is only really good at the end of the game, because at the start, it is better to go for different Gens anyway. So only near the end, when it makes sense that multiple people are on a Gen (and the Killer is at their strongest), Prove Thyself has an actual effect.
Also, Freddies Add On-Nerf did not hurt him that much - he is still a really good Killer, he did not need to rely on so much Slowdown in the first place.

I personnally use Prove Thyself for the extra BP, since survivors BP gain is so low.
It's not that OP at all as you still need to be with someone else on the gen for it to activate.
This is easily counter by Discordance, Ruin, Thana, Dying Light. A single killer perk counters a perk that only is efficient when paired with Bond or Better Together.
Resilience is really not that great as you need to be injured, so escaped the killer + not get heal by your teammates which is p^retty hard in solo.
also i played against two infinite Freddy (two ropes and thana) yesterday and i can tell you this is still crazy strong and nearly not got nerf at all. Nerf would be that they can't stack.
And i'm playing both sides "equally" 55% survivor and 45% killer (coz survivor is less stressfull as high ranks)

I did the mathematics: With 2 survivors on a generator, injured, equipped with Resilience and Prove Thyself, reduces the time to repair generators to, rounded to the nearest whole number, 37 seconds.
I'm not saying this is broken as I remain neutral about OP's idea, I'm just doing this to add more to the discussion. 😁

2 survivors on a generator without either brings it to 44 seconds in comparison. 4 seconds from prove thyself and 3 from resilience. The main gain is the combining rather than the perks themselves

To play Devil's Advocate, aren't they spending two perk slots to repair generators 7 seconds faster than normal? Doesn't that have a lot of requirements?

I do. All the time. Best perk combo out there. My base build is always slippery meat, hope, prove thyself, and I bring in resilience for the big finale.

Really? We're complaining about Prove Thy Self now? A perk that exists to net decent blood points from a gen repair. It's a nice perk, but not even remotely strong. Same with Resilience.

Wait, you’ve seen 3 survivors on the SAME gen? Where is this magical sight taking place because in my games it’s me on the gen alone. Then there are two claudettes up in the bushes, and a Dwight in the locker.

1 person is spending 2 perks and 1 is spending 1. But yeah that's the point: it isn't THAT much quicker than normal at the cost of 3 of 16 perk slots + constraint to both being injured / vulnerable

Resilience is fine
Prove thyself on the other hand, I have way too much issues with this perk that if they reduced it by 10% maybe it will be more manageable, mixing it together with resilience is playing with fire however as you are injured in risk of being one shot down just for a little speed boost
In summary, prove thyself is the only perk with issues imo

I personally cbb to heal in game it takes to long so I run relisance, with iron will it’s like my go to perk it’s not op don’t need a nerf when you run perks as killer that have stacks it Denys the 9% boost you get so it becomes pointless sadly well for gen speed

PTS is fine. Yes, if all the survivors are on one gen with it, Resilience, and toolboxes the gen will get done quickly, but only if they are running No Mither with them. That makes it easier for me to down them. If I see 4 No Mither, I'm planning on slugging a lot.
There are many perk combos on both sides that are strong, but that does not warrant nerfing.

You're acting like it's a "god combo" when it's not.
Also @MegHasCuteFeet it wasn't delaying the gen speed for 10 seconds, as the devs stated, it could be combined with thanatophobia and dying light making it stronger. And if we talk about survivors we need to think that there are more than SWF, we need to think about solos as well. It's bored to be in a M1 generator for almost two mins when your team mates are inmersive Claudettes with urban evasion.

Hell yeah it's soooo broken to give up 2 perks to save 7 seconds on a gen only when you're both injured when people are already being inneficient by doing the gen together in the first place
I'll DEFINITELY take that over DS, Unbreakable, Borrowed Time, Dead Hard, Iron Will, Adrenaline or any other actually good perk
For real though are we really running out of things to complain that much that we're complaining about Prove Thyself and Resilience?

All that does is remove 9% of their 10% co op repair penalty. Add in Prove Thyself and it's faster yeah, but they're all one shot and working on a single gen..

All Prove Thyself does is remove the 10% debuff survivors get for repairing a gen with other survivors.
Two survivors repairing a gen takes 44.4s. Two survivors repairing a gen with PT takes 40s. You save 4 seconds.
Three survivors repairing a gen takes 33.3s. Three survivors repairing a gen with PT takes 26.7s. You save 6.6 seconds.
The benefit is actually very minimal.

Personally, I feel like all perks that interact with gen speed should be reworked (As in rework Prove Thyself, since it's gens only, and change perks like Spine Chill), gen speeds can already be insane, survivors don't need further help with gens + These perks are just boring to use, even for survivors

Resilience with Iron will is becoming meta, see it all the time at red ranks, if you are going to stay injured most of the game, it can be insane.
