Red Stains on Survivor Armpits need to be fixed

There's this red stain on survivor's armpits, specifically Nea and Feng Ming, it doesn't look like body hair, it doesn't look like dark spots either. It's just this red stretched out low textured stain that makes the armpits look weird. Is it blood? Is it a Wound? or is it just bad glitchy texturing that needs to be fixed?
