Is Sally's mind completely broken?
Is the Nurse's mind broken? Because when someone snaps it last some hours. I believe that the Nurse is trying to recover but the mist just won't let her. That's why imo she will be cooperative in a 2v8 situation with another killer.

I think it's quite open to interpretation. She might still be mostly there, she might be totally gone. My personal belief is that she is usually coherent, but very fragile and deeply deluded in her belief that she needs to kill people to help them.

The Nurse is...strange for a character. Her head looks like someone snapped it or even...did something else and she seems to be dying because her hand is crippled from the Entity's powers. She is resisting from it and it knows, causing her more pain.
This is just a theory.

20 years have a massive toll on a mind. And I believe the entity breaks the killers further

I feel there is little humanity left in Sally's mind. She puts dead survivors to sleep peacefully, (see Mori animation) and that somehow dated Phillip, (I think that is Wraith's name, right?) But think her mind isn't totally corrupt, probably the least of them all.

Not to mention just using her power makes her scream in pain.
Not sure if the fact she still screams is a good thing or a bad thing.
