Iron Will should be nerfed and work like Yui’s Lucky Break perk
I will be hated for this but I’m gonna say it: Iron Will should have a maximal duration for how long it can be active in a trial just like Yui’s Lucky Break perk.
Being silent while injured is way stronger than leaving no blood in a chase. And Iron Will is better than Lucky Break for hiding from the killer as well and it encourages survivors to heal even less often (no heal meta).

Iron will is fine as it is.
Iron will is just a perk which helps stealth play. I wouldn't want to remove an option of a playstyle to those that enjoy it when we still have scratch marks and blood to follow.

Uhhh, yeah I'm gonna have to say no to that. Iron Will is strong, but it does not guarantee an escape nor does it make stealth 100% full proof. It is up to the player to use iron will properly, and if they make a mistake then they're downed and hooked. Iron Will is a high risk, high reward perk that should remain the way it is. If anything, Yui's perk should be permanent, but they likely didn't do this so they wouldn't be forced to rework No Mither.

I see your point here and would agree. But stealth is already in a bad spot right now. So let Iron Will be the same, at least it encourages people to be sneaky sometimes instead of running and looping all the time.

Some perks are always going to be stronger than others. It's a matter of whether individual perks are useful or not, not whether they're all top tier. "This perk isn't that strong therefore a stronger perk should be nerfed to be as weak as the first one" isn't a very compelling argument, I'm sorry to say.

I think the devs vastly overrate blood trails, Lucky Break could be permanent and most players wouldn't even notice or suffer because of it. It's the same as how they keep trying to push Haemmorhage while the entire playerbase emphatically tells them it's worthless.
I really don't think Iron Will needs to be turned into a junk perk though.

More like Lucky break needs a complete redesign for how awful it is. No killer runs bloodhound anyway and maps are so dark that killers do not rely on blood tracking most of the time

Thats because mixing both together keeps it only at scratch marks for tracking, if you add even more you can remove almost all tracking

Iron will does not stop pain grunts in the dying state
And does not stop vomitting noises when facing plaque . You still have blood trails even if you combine it with lucky break it has a duration limit so maybe it can cover you for 1 chase max .
So it's fine as it is .
