Ruin shouldn't be a hex now.
It should just be a normal perk with a change like this. 2 times regression is literally 1% every 2 seconds. It's still takes 160 seconds to fully regress a gen this is a big fat joke.

Your damn right. What a joke. Those early gens being worked on when Ruin is up will now be finished 100% of the time. Then they will go cleanse ruin and LOL. Ruin is now equal to carrying a toiler bowl into a match and just shitting it in all match.

Newer killers won't stand a chance now, with the current matching system being so broken too! Low ranking killers against high survs, the only hope we had at any kind of game delay is being able to halt the gen rushing.
Now games are literally going to last a few minutes, survivors (especially swf) will just split onto 4 different gens, get them all done in no time at all and gg, we're now left unable to delay anything. It's already bad enough with gen rushing and brand new part, and survivors get SO many extra chances with DS, no mither, Borrowed etc... now it's just going to be even more survivor sided.
Time for NoED/Bloodwarden combo I spose!

No it will be..even if toolboxes were removed survivors would lose nothing compared to killers..because ruin no longer exist like this

ruin is horrible. It is destroyed within seconds of play. I hate to see my hex ruin fall in less than 1 minute of departure and the damn gen rush taking care of swf matches of 4 people in communication, always talking about where the killer is for others to just make generators.

THats whats insane. They could REMOVE toolboxes from the game and survivors would still be in benefit with this change. This makes Ruin a completely pointless perk. All gens started will get done. Stumble upon ruin and take it down at your leisure. Nothing gained.

Toolboxes aren't the problem tho, the normal gen speed being a bit too fast MAKES the Toolboxes a problem
EDIT: Don't mind this comment, I must've been high when I wrote that. Map design and size are the problem, not gen speed.
