NoED and Ruin comparison

Now that Ruin isn't strong enough to be a Hex perk make it a normal perk.

Something similar happened in the past when NoED was deemed too powerful and became a hex perk to balance that power.

Ruin should no longer be a hex now that it has been nerfed to such a degree.

    From what we know ruin auto degresses a gen at 2x normal speed. I'd say that is still pretty strong to be a normal perk.

    I think it's still a hex because the killer literally cannot kick gens while it's active. Which is an absolutely idiotic change. Seriously not convinced the devs play this game anymore. The fact that they would ever call a totem (that isn't devour hope) a "late game perk" absolutely baffles me.

    Don't need to, why do I need to "wait and see" when we already know how this will go. Nobody aside from a small minority of people want this change, survivor mains for the most part don't even like this change

    There is no need to try it. We all have a brain, we can make logical conclusions and compare it with our experience. Simple. Don't act as if this is something super complex. New Ruin is garbage and won't be useful for endgame since it will be destroyed already. End of story.
