I feel like I’m the 1% who isn’t affected by the “NEW” Ruin changes.
What Hex: Ruin? Lol JK.
Honestly though I barely use this perk on killer unless I’m doing a specific build. I feel as running Hex: Ruin every game is boring and unnecessary. I know people complain about “GEN RUSH” but you have to understand that when survivors “GEN RUSH” they can’t pop or earn enough bloodpoints.
I play Ghostface Wraith Trapper and Legion Without RUIN. Yes I do have bad games, but as relying on RUIN will handicap you.

The frustration isn't just because of Ruin, it's the constant changes to make killer gameplay more frustrating and difficult. It's annoying watching the devs cater the game to survivors that already have a giant advantage with comms and numerous 2nd chance perks

Why does Ruin handicap you? I often see this argument. Like somehow it is holding you back from killer greatness and without It you will be inspired to chase and pressure better. Nah...

I understand the difficulty. I had a trapper game yesterday and the game Literally had just started within 1 min of the game I kid you not 4 generators popped and I haven’t even finish setting up my traps because all my traps were spread out across the map and the generators were spread decently apart from each other.

There is no way you play trapper in rank 5 without using ruin. With ruin the highest I’ve ever gotten is 3.

let’s be real sometimes Ruin can carry bad killers to victory boosting their “EGO” making them think they are good. I can’t stress enough where I’ve seen survivors push through RUIN and the killer has POP and the ridiculous amount of skill check you get at 80% of the generators almost being completely done then finally finishing a generator only for the killer to have NOED too.

It’s true. I was on blood lodge and got a 2k that’s a win in my book. Although it was annoying having 4 gens pop at the very beginning of the game :/

This. I am a survivor main rank 5 but started killer a few weeks ago. Since I’m new, I tossed ruin, noed, and brought in a cypress for good measure. I got a 4K at rank 18 against purple rank survivors. What does that tell you? I was rank 18, brand new, and took out mid tier players with zero issue. Was I a good killer? NO, not in the least, but I didn’t need to be with those perks.

I play killer and survivor equally. I’m just not a “SWEATY KILLER.” For the 4K every single game. I take what I can get. Some survivors think I’m a sweaty even I’m like the most chilled killer If you don’t piss me off lol.

Of course. Personally Corrupt Intervention Better Than Hex: Ruin. It’s literally blocks off generators for a decent amount of time than Ruin going down instantly.
