There's always, always, people saying this exact same ridiculous comment on every previously popular game that's dying "Oh you say you're leaving but you're just not". Do you honestly think games just don't die?
This isn't even a case of people leaving in the future as well. Killers have already pretty much left, have you played the game recently? I find a match as killer in about 10 seconds, I find one as survivor in about 15 minutes. Do you honestly not see how regular 15+ minute queues is a clear sign a game is dying?
And this is right now, do you really think this is going to be solved by making killers even worse to play?
No. The game is clearly already dying and will be dead soon if the problems playing killer aren't addressed... not only are they not addressed but they're made worse.
The game isn't slowly dying, it's essentially already dead and this is just speeding it up.

You apply whatever meaning to the game you want.
There is no end game... What are you driving for in this game?
You join a match with 4 other people to have some fun. There is no defined win... Cause you can die as a survivor as still win... You can only kill 2 and still win... Winning in this game is subjective and can mean different things to people.
The only thing that keeps people playing is because it is fun.
Once you get the achievements in this game... There is no meaning to rank... Once you unlock all the teachables and load all the perks onto favourite character... There is no real meaning to grinding...
There is no end game scenario like you are playing something linear... You are basically playing Mario Kart with your friends.
If you feel you only have fun because of a single perk in this game, then you probably weren't finding this game much fun anyways.

The point is simple, the early stage of game is often the most fun, you hide and try to find out who the killer is, the search for totem is actually a very "stressing" and emotional moment.
They are taking off this "slow start" because now all it will be needed to do will be to find other survs and gen rush like if there was no tomorrow.
Very simple. Very unchallenging.
Soon will be possible to play without hands :)

I just bought the game and started playing it about 4 months ago. Started mainly playing killer about 2 months ago and I'm already done with it. Luckily I got The Witcher 3 recently so don't really feel any loss. But heck, they got 50 to $60 out of me before I realized how broken the game is so I guess they know what they're doing trying to pull in new players. They just don't know how to retain them.

After Nurse it was quite apparent they want to be done with this game once and for all.

Not really. The game has more players and I’ve recently started playing on switch and the game is all sold out so that says a lot

What is normal of these forums is when any change happens to either side they dislike there are some that wish it would due to spite.

I feel like this game is growing and the devs are doing there best to make it better, one change/nerf doesnt mean the end of this game and it sure doesnt mean it is going to be the last change also

Man some people are really bent up about the recent changes.
It's almost like they want so badly for the game to not succeed even though we know that is not the case.
Keep trying harder please.
