So if a perk used from the majority of players you nerf it so when you need DS,BT and many more.
Yes the 85% moderate at red ranks is too much but the same or close to this precedent are perk like DS ,DH,BT so why don't you nerf those perks why out thinking about the reason why used so much and how you can change it to help the game.
Yes it's a overreaction and a joke at the same time but the problem stay the same you dob solve nothing and only make it worse , at least give us precedents that make sense.

Borrowed doesn't really need to be nerfed. Except for maybe giving it a cooldown. Even then, not really necessary.

I almost laughed out loud when I read that. The perk never SEES the late game, so you have just said it's less useful early game and not useful at all in late game now, that's what that really means.
BHVR had to be intentionally ignorant, they can't say they didn't know this was an issue, it was literally the most raised issue from the killers about the perk. In fact even killers said they wanted it to be less obnoxious to newer players and not so powerful overall, but that they wanted it to last longer in exchange because it's gone in seconds to players who memorized every totem spawn.
They literally acknowledged what people said, and then selectively chose to ignore the killer issue with it and solve the survivor side issues with it. It really does make me angry, because it wouldn't take much more effort to fix that at the same time, but they actively refuse to.

I actually like that idea, Imagine that 2 survivors are hooked in the basement, to prevent everyone from running free it could actually work well where 2 survivors are in danger while 1 gets to escape free

They won't nerf survivors again after the BLanding mess as Survivors are the majority of players, they are probably afraid people will actually stop playing and won't buy the cosmetics they release every other patch.
In a game with five people it is better to annoy only one rather than four :)

Also perception and reality are two different things. It may feel like DS, DH and BT are used in 85% +- 5% of games but it may feels that way but the reality is it may not be.

You fool, you're not allowed to complain about survivor perks even if you play survivor. It goes against the survivors rulebook

Ruin was nerfed cause it was used in 80% of red rank games,why not nerf DS/any other meta perk for the exact same reason?

5 sec stun , 60 min immunity , force killer to play in away that may make them lose the game,is the possibilty yo have 1-4 and you don't have a way to know who have it and the only counter is to play in a very boring way that give you almost nothing

new killers go generally against new survivors ,that means most of the time they wont have it since its behind a paywall, hag, however is free in some plataforms

Not not 85% of use. Remember there are 4 survivors. You might see a perk I nearly every game on a survivor, but it won't equal 85% use unless 3 survivors have it every game.
Vs 1 killer so it's easier to get to that high of use.

I mean I know it's anectodal but there's no survivor perk I see on more than 50% of survivors,not even DS or BT. Survivor perk builds vary a lot more than killer perk builds at high ranks,
Not to say I oppose a DS nerf though because I don't. I just don't like comparing two things when they're fundamentally different.
