NEW HEX: RUIN and CURSED STATUS EFFECT
Is the cursed status effect given upon completing a skill check anymore? And if not, when does it show that you're cursed? And I'd be really happy if it no longer shows you are cursed, which in that case, I'd call it a pretty good rework.

It is applied when you leave a generator and the generator starts regressing.

does the survivor get any sort of indication on the right of their screen like they used to? as in the cursed status effect showing up?

just a question, but how do you expect this perk to be a lategame perk when you instantly tell everyone its active?
how did you expect ruin to ever be a lategame perk, when this forum is literally full with people complaining that their ruin broke 30 seconds into the match?
i'm not trying to offend you or anything, i just dont understand your thought process here...

Just played a game in New lerys with doc and ruin. first, the ruin wasn't apparent until someone near me stopped working on a gen (it crackles and smokes like the old good skill check), then I didn't get hex notification until I was forced to leave a gen. also, the ruin lasted over half the game on a dark map in a hallway intersection.

The problem is that you also do not even have the -option- of kicking a gen, which means that PGTW doesn't work with it. However, it does work well with Surveillance and Thrilling Tremors. Always know when someone gets on a gen you pushed them off of, and they still regress while blocked.

When 2-3 gens pop in the first chase the game goes straight to late game
