Being obsessed with one side is unacceptable for discussion balance
Its so embarassing to see that players who tend to one side are always crying about anything thats getting changed on their side, without any chance of overall gameplay understanding in their minds, ignoring any arguments. Just look at the game from both perspectives to gain a fundamental understanding of how this game works instead of being obsessed with one part of the game.

There are plenty of people offering input that understand both sides quite well. By the sound of things you're ignoring them in favor of a strawman you constructed. The new meta will be merciless and the only possible good this change could do is show BHVR exactly how busted the early game is.

No mercy and no quarter will be given for survivors I think this will kill the game but it will be in a flood of op add on's and mori's.

It's the thing I hate the most about this game's community. There's no room for any real discussion because there's too much screeching and tears and finger pointing back and forth. Honestly at first the shitposter in me revelled in it, but it's all become so tiring.

I get what your saying and i agree but from the looks of it there is more to it than just "As a killer main i dont like killer nerfs"
- They changed Ruin without changing why Ruin was used, or even acknowledging it to the fanbase
- The PR was handled so badly that a clear and distinct survivor bias was shown to everyone
This whole ordeal was handled badly which just fanned the flames that otherwise wouldve been relatively smaller.

While I agree that a lot of people play both sides, I know people personally who refuse to play killer and never do, only using them for archives challenges. I play killer and survivor about 60/40 but I can't say the same for a lot of others.

I will forever be a survivor main, but mostly because the game is unplayable as killer for me (Colorblind and with hearing problems.) I feel bad for killers because I know how to take advantage of strengths on survivor, especially since there is no way to practice outside of matches in this game. Just remember, killers need to get constantly obliterated by the time they will be decent at the game, without any teammates or help along the way. That said, I agree that people who only play one side unreasonably favoring their side is awful for balancing.
