Tittle bassicly

They seem to blind extremly fast again

Though it could also be that it's the same speed but it doesn't gradually blind you anymore

It's just like poof you're blinded

  They probably shadow changed them because survivors found it frustrating they had to learn a timing that was super easy to learn.

  No, flashlights haven't changed. It's possible for them to blind faster if two or more survivors are blinding a killer at the same time.
