New Chapter: Incredible Opposition
New Chapter: Incredible Opposition
Killer: The Warden
Speed: 4.6 m/s
Height: Tall
Terror Radius: 32 meters
Weapon: Baton
Lore:
Trevor Mitchell, warden at the Far East Maximum Security Detention Center, was a merciless man. He was constantly on alert, looking for the slightest sign of trouble. If he couldn’t find any trouble he would make some. The smallest issues that arose, either from the prisoner’s hands or his, would invoke a brutal response. Trevor sought not just to keep everyone in line, but to destroy everyone’s morale.
This continued until the day a particularly violent inmate was brought in. Despite Trevor’s constant abuse, he could only be kept in line for short periods of time. A few days after he was brought in, a large scale prison riot was started. When the SWAT team finally arrived, many of the inmates were dead and Trevor was nowhere to be found.
Primary Power: Security
The Warden has 5 security cameras that can be deployed. These cameras can be placed on walls/trees within your reach. You can retrieve cameras that have been placed down. Cameras that are destroyed will be regained after 15 seconds. These cameras have a 45 degree FOV and can see up to 16 meters away. If a survivor enters a camera’s line of sight, they become surveilled, revealing their aura to the killer as long as they are within the camera’s line of sight. Survivors will see a status effect icon while they are being surveilled. Survivors can interact with a camera for 6 seconds to destroy it.
Secondary Power: Lockdown
The Warden can create a ring (32 meter radius) centered on their current location. This ring can be seen by survivors and the killer can see its aura. If a survivor exits this ring while in a chase, they are damaged. Survivors not in a chase suffer from blindness for 20 seconds after passing through the ring. This ring persists for 20 seconds, and has a cooldown of 45 seconds, starting when the ring fades.
Perks:
Cripple Morale: You know how to make an example of someone. You become obsessed with one survivor. While your obsession is on the hook, survivor action speed is reduced by 5%/10%/15%.
“Don’t make the same mistakes the others did”
Unlocks at level 30: (Uncommon/Rare/Rare)
Solitary: Your deep connection with the entity allows you to enact revenge. This perk becomes active every time a survivor escapes from your grasp (stun saves/wiggling out/D-strike). While this perk is active, the next time you hook a survivor, the entity will form a barrier around the hook, preventing the survivor from being saved for 12/20/28 seconds.
“Actions have consequences, you should know that by now”
Unlocks at Level 35: (Rare/Rare/Very Rare)
Keep Them In Line: You are keenly aware of the actions of those around you. Every time a survivor fails a skill check within 56/64/72 meters of you, your terror radius is reduced to 16 meters for 8 seconds.
“You’re not as slick as you like to think”
Unlocks at Level 40 (Rare/Rare/Very Rare)

Anthony Alvidrez always looked up to his father. Anthony’s father Samuel was a firefighter, and most importantly an excellent role model. Hearing his father tell stories about his work made him want to follow in his footsteps and help others. As soon as Anthony was old enough, he applied to be a firefighter and passed with flying colors. Anthony took great pride in his work and his peers looked up to him and his tireless efforts. Anthony would continue this work for many years, until one day he went into a building to rescue someone and didn’t come back out. His body was never found, and he was presumed dead. “I need to move this damn thing now!”
Unlocks at Level 40: (Rare/Rare/Very Rare)
New Map: Far East Detention Center
This map is the detention center that The Warden worked at. This is a largely indoor map with a few outdoors sections. The Detention Center is three stories tall with a few staircases going from the first floor to the third floor, as well as a few broken staircases that only go up one floor. There are also a few holes that can be used to drop from one story to another. Notable locations include the cell block, the dining hall, the courtyard and the gym.

Edit: Added more, addons and adjusted the pristine lense.
Slightly nerfed Keep Them In Line

I think this is all really cool. A killer with a lot of info, but not great offensive options would be interesting. I really appreciate the effort you went into, not only providing addons but quotes for everything.
The killer's perks are very creative, and an anti-DS perk seems cool, but is at risk of becoming polarizing with how popular DS is. Not sure how the rescue-blocking would impact the game, but neat concept overall. I think it should be the level 40 teachable: Keep Them in Line seems incredibly niche and underwhelming. Unless you're running a full "impossible skill check" build, it won't be better than similar perks like Dark Devotion or even Monitor & Abuse.
Survivor perks aren't great. Strength is cool: nice to have a counter perk to Spirit Fury/Enduring, which many people seem to run these days. There is counterplay to it, but a perk would also be nice. Could have synergy with Any Means Necessary. The other two perks are essentially worthless. Mist offerings are incredibly rare, and the default mist is not that bad. Savior is a neat idea, but is just not as good as other perks that do the same thing. Spine Chill, We'll Make It, We're Gonna Live Forever, and No One Left Behind are all way better than Savior.
Really cool ideas, mainly the killer concept. Hope you do more of this
