The doctor rework looks good so far. Ruin forces killers to apply crazy pressure. Now, knowing this, could we say that the devs intend to rework killers to be really good/OP and perks mediocre?

    If I can apply extreme pressure as Clown... Y'all should be able to as well.

    True, it might lead to killers being even worse because of survivor bias. Its funny that the doctor, an average killer, would merit a response like this. They could be preparing for more drastic changes with better killers.

    The game is currently balanced around Survivors making a lot of mistakes in decision making and positioning, I would not get my hopes up until that philosophy gets addressed or changes as the attention seems to be all over the other side of the game.
