I don't think NOED/Moris will be the new meta.
There reason is simple totems placement is trash and as survivor you only need to remeber where you see totems wild you go from gen to gen.
Yes you will get a "free" kill but if the rest of the survivors have half a brain cell and are not rank 20-15 they will leave the moment you hit the survivor.
If the killer brings moris all the time then every survivor that's not a rank 20-15 will DC before the game starts and they will just wait for the next game. If those DC continues for a month then the devs will use the nerf hammer on the moris too.
What I believe will happen we will have more and more slugging from the killer that will stay because it's the ONLY way a killer that's not a spirit or bill ( or even oni ) to pressure the survivors consistently.

I agree slugging will increase. If you watch streamers with a ton of hours in the game that don't run ruin...they slug, they tunnel, they proxy camp. Even ones that people consider to be the best. You simply can't play nice against majority of survivors with the gen speeds and come out on top. Also...Oni was built to slug. You actually get punished with his power if you don't slug.

I will add that I do hope noed becomes meta. It just does not look like bhvr has the time yet, or the desire to change the objectives in the game and the objectives are too fast. If noed becomes meta it will at least make sure survivors are taking an extra 30 seconds and cleansing totems. Any little bit helps.

It'll probably be +10 seconds to each generator followed by noed and surveillance nerf because they are actually useful.

Yea and all they need to do to fix oni is to make it so he doesnt lose his power after picking someone up, but the devs want to encourage slugging lol

Yeah, I honestly have not seen if the devs have explained their reasoning for this or not. I'm sure they have one and i'm sure they are not trying to encourage slugging but the way he is currently set you are silly not to slug when using his power.

If they changed the speed if totem cleansing then they would have to adjust inner strength to 4 secs bc it wouldnt make sense to use that perk when self care would heal faster
tbh i highly doubt NOED will become meta bc at the end of the day its still a hex perk and can be destroyed

They say multiple times that then not gonna put more time to the gens but I do think that they will do is to make surveillance work only when you kick a gen .
