No Time To Waste
You become Obsessed with one Survivor.
Your Obsession can see the Aura of a Survivor that is being chased while they are standing outside of the Killer's Terror Radius.
You cannot gain Bloodlust while chasing the Obsession.
Anytime you chase a Survivor that is not the Obsession and the Obsession is alive, you may gain Bloodlust faster:
Tier 1 Bloodlust: 1 / 2 / 3 seconds faster.
Tier 2 Bloodlust: 2 / 4 / 6 seconds faster.
Tier 3 Bloodlust: 3 / 6 / 9 seconds faster.
You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Extra Bones
The trial starts with 1 / 2 / 3 additional Dull Totems. All Hex Totems spawned as Dull Totems.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem (Disguised as Dull Totem) still standing.
Party Crasher
Each time you damage a Generator, reveals the Aura of the last Survivor interacted with that Generator for 4 / 5 / 6 seconds.

No Time sounds similar to my Bloodthirsty, but with clearer numbers. I'm surprised I haven't seen more bloodlust perks, honestly.

I just checked your post, and it does sounds similar. IMHO, Bloodthirsty is a powerful perk for sure, but it would be too much map pressure with the Bloodlust lingers for 15 seconds after leaving a chase. Like legion for example, they would be too strong with the Bloodlust lingers for 15 seconds and the cooldown after hit is only 10 seconds.

Yes the cleansing time would be long, but any hex totem is disguised as dull totem which means the killer doesn't get notified when someone starts cleansing a disguised totem.

So hex totems are also disguised for the killer?

Yes, the killer can't see which dull totems is the disguised ones.
