Add hooks upstairs in Hawkins

Every time you design a map that has a second floor or hard to reach places you seem to forget that killers need to hook survivors to complete their objective

I think so, I don't think I've ever seen them not spawn.
There's also the dropdown, there's usually like 1 or 2 hooks nearby to that.

They are not guaranteed to spawn, and there was 1 hook near the hole. This time there was no hooks on the staircases and the basement was on the opposite side. When game tiles with hook spawn it only determines the distance between them, an actual distance required to walk to them. That's why they added a guaranteed hook spawn on thompson's house
