A Perk/Perks You Believe Should Be Standard
Is there a Perk, or are there any Perks, you think should be part of a Survivor's/Killer's character?
As Killer, i wouldn't mind if Survivors have No One Left Behind and/or Sole Survivor (minus the Obsession mechanic) as standard, though maybe NOLB without the "quicker Altruism actions" part.
As Survivor, i wouldn't mind if the Killer has Shadowborn and/or Stridor as standard, though maybe Stridor without the "louder Injured breathing" part.
Thought it'd make a good discussion.
You got any you'd like to see standard?

now I know I'll get instant no's but unbreakable

That's Left Behind.

Survivors: No one Left Behind Basekit. Also the Aura Read of Buckle Up as Basekit that you can see if people are recovered or not (we all know those guys who did not recover, at least you would be able to determine if it is worth going for them)
Killers: This is a little bit harder, Shadowborn could be an option. 100% Monstrous Shrine, the best use for this Perk would be to not make it a Perk. Maybe also Fire Up, without Pallet breaking/Generator Damage or Vault.

Old Ruin, but I guess that's out the window.

Kindred should be a passive for Solo survivors.
for Killers : Monstruous Shrine and Deerstalker should be passives.

If you know you'll get instant no's then maybe you should look into why that would happen, I'd say. Maybe because base Unbreakeable would make DS even more broken.

Agitation for killers. I think you lose too much time going for the hook.

I mean, I dont think perks should be base because that is extremely lazy, but I think both sides can get some interesting buffs

Bbq/wglf bloodpoints only,

Hope and Spine Chill because lore wise that's what the Survivors have in order to still exist. Also most people have the feeling of being watched so that could be one. If 7% haste is too much and no Spine Chill then No One Left Behind is pretty cool.

Id go with Bond and deerstalker, just maybe not have the ranges as high as the normal versions. 12-16 meters though would be nice.

No, too strong to be base.

Actually i see a lot of people suggesting perks attached to a character, but the only possible perks that could be add as passive are the perk that are non-character attached.
SURVIVOR :
Dark Sense : YEAH but only for survivor rank 20-15
Déjà Vu : YEAH but only for survivor rank 20-15
Kindred : YEAH but only for solo survivors
Lightweight : NOPE would be too much
No One Left Behind : YEAH Definitly should be a passive
Plunderer's Instinc : NOPE it's good as it is
Premonition : NOPE or only for survivor rank 20-15
Resilience : NOPE would make gens go too fast
Small Game : YEAH but only for survivor 20-15 so they can learn the spawn
Spine Chill : (see Premonition)
This is Not Happening : YEAH but only for survivor rank 20-15
We'll Make It : NOPE would be too much
KILLER :
Bitter Murmur : YEAH but only for killer rank 20-15
Deerstalker : YEAH but only for killer rank 20-15
NOED : NOPE would be too much
Thrill of the Hunt : YEAH that would actually be good
Insidious : NOPE NOPE NOPE
Iron Grasp : NOPE would be too much
Monstruous Shrine : YEAH definitly
Sloppy Butcher : NOPE would be too much
Spies from the Shadows : YEAH but only for killer rank 20-15
Unrelenting : YEAH but only for killer rank 20-15
Whispers : NOPE would be too much

A less powerful version of huntress lullaby so that sKiLl checks would actually mean something.

I think survivors should get DS base.
I think killers should get NOED base.

Kindred for survivors.
BBQ for killers.

BBQ and WGLF. Running builds without BBQ feels pretty ######### to me since I'm missing out on 2x bloodpoints any game I don't have it on. Plus, survivor bloodpoint gains are still too low, and having WGLF or something similar be baseline would be nice.

For survivor I think self care shouldn't require a perk
For Killer, you nailed it on the head. Shadowborn

Perks attached to a killer or a survivor will never be passive. It's like Ruin will never not be a Hex Totem as it's attached to the Hag who only come with Hex.

Slightly off topic, but there's another way to provide players with more abilities.
Why not combine some lesser-used perks into one, such as WGLF with Babysitter or Mettle of Man?
