Pirate killer that looks like Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean, only DBD's take on it with a more horrifying and malformed appearance.
His power? Just thinking something off the top of my head without balance in mind; maybe it's a power on a cool down that spawns a mist the size of 8-16m that follows him around for a certain amount of time with him at the center. Survivors in the mist have kraken tentacles lashing and grabbing them, gradually slowing them down to a certain point. At random intervals, on screen skill checks pop up that if failed result in a tentacle rooting them in place for .5 of a second or something? The more time spent in the mist, the more frequent the skill checks. Successful roots result in the survivor screaming as well. Then for no particular reason, mist tentacles are more effective against and skill checks happen more often against Feng and Yui.
Kinda just made this up as I went along lol.
