Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I know a lot of people have been suffering with entering the game on the loading screen (I had the same problem). If you need some advice for your Xbox One having this problem, then something that may help is going to your setting, going to the Bluray or the Bluray and DVD setting and clearing Persistent Data. It seems outlandish I know, but I did this and it genuinly worked. So, if you're out of options, I would suggest trying this little trick!
