The only ones I would personally move up would be Nick and Lara while yes they have a "useless" perk dramaturgy is great, plot twist is very nice to have in most situations, Finesse is a pretty solid perk especially when paired with dramaturgy while yes the other 2 aren't as good, with the proper build they can be strong…
