Still not fixed in 8.1.1 Microsoft Store: Steam:

I unlocked "The Clown" a second time using Shards after the merge and I lost all progression for that character on all platforms, but not its items. Please advise. Maybe looking into my account can help you iron out some issues people have been having. Here's my Player Cloud ID: U-60eb91ae-2cac-4959-bf97-96ac0dc057ea

I have a similar issue: I'm missing at least "The Clown" and "Kate Denson" from my transfer from Microsoft Store to Steam. Both have been purchased on Microsoft Store with either Auric Cells or Shards (not directly as a DLC through the store).
