You have a fair point. I think we all need to collectively wait a month to see exactly how MMR evens out. It's a system that operates on collecting data and utilizing said data. I know they collected information prior to its release, but even knowing the new system is in place will change how people play and how the system…

I mean, people will complain about the state of a killer regardless if they're strong, weak, broken, bugged, reworked, etc. I'm no game dev, but surely the aim is to release a killer that is fun for the player base. What that looks like in an asymmetrical game is not a thing I can answer.

If I had to guess, it's because they want to eliminate any possibility of people decoding what contributes to MMR and manipulating the system. I think the fact that this game is asymmetrical lends the devs to keep more information under wraps. Not saying that's right or wrong, just my estimation.
