I think that the best option would be to give survivors a percentage speed boost on gens when there are only 2 of them left because as a survivor trying to continue the game, it sucks equally. If they aren't doing gens, healing, cleaning totems, then they get crows 65% faster. Actions that would make you functionally AFK…
