I think it's stupid to nerf the same perk again

Super bias from both sides. Killers are toxic and so are Survivors. Answer: Stop being toxic then or if your butt hurt then don't play the game. Conclusion: Stop the toxicity or quit playing.

Ruin is a fair perk to nerf since that's used by 99 percent of the killers in the game.
