He does need one, not because he is bad or "not strong enough" i think you totally missed the point... its because without his add-ons you dont get to use his power half of the time which makes him even more vulnerable (than he already is), easy to counter, easy to detect and a good killer who'm you can harass with chain…

She can be played really really well even in high ranks and when someone can use her right she is god tier but a nerf would be unnecessarily since she's balanced.
