I have had this bug since this patch already like 3 times. As killer (myer) and survivor too. Infnite loading screen will change to postgame chat for last person who won't close the game forcefully (or maybe just after waiting very long time) with 4 other players disconnected.

I've stopped playing because HUD size was too big after previous patch. Now it's too small. :D So yes, it's done on purpose. They were trying to "fix" 4k HUD size and broke it for 1440p. That's short version

This is even worse change than smaller HUD size with 1440p resolution. How somebody could accept it in this state? Do you play this game like at all? I can see barely anything. It's not comfortable

According to patch notes: Reverted the UI Scale back to the pre-4.0.0 size for players playing in 1440p and below as this was adversely affecting players in 1440p. Today i've used map offering for Yamaoka as Legion, but only one survivor yellow luck offering appeared and we were sent to ormond instead :) on steam version

You can still open steam profiles after the game but using match details

Old UI size is available in 1920x1440 and 2560x1080 resolutions. Anything 16:9 above full hd is treated as high resolution and switches to huge UI.

People can have screens of different sizes and sit closer or further from monitor.
