To nod as surv is the same action as for killer, so you're doing it correctly, it just looks different because you're in 3rd person mode instead of 1st person as with killer, but when you move you mouse up and down, you nod, with both survivor and killer.

It's because the RCPD map is temporary disabled due to report of game crashes after loading into the map in a trial. It says so in the news update.

I get tunneling and camping are sometimes necessary - but face camping? You can't really tell me that's strategic, 'cause you literally waste time and lose gens by doing that, as well as BP.
