Still not working in 2023 can confirm. I am a PS4 user and have attempted this trophy multiple times already. I have a ninety-five percent completion rate of the base game and this trophy alongside Even Punishment and A Feast for The Entity are the last ones I need for the platinum.

Had this happen to me yesterday. Was playing Hag on PS4 managed to Phantasm Attack all four survivors. And the trophy did not unlock. I also had a daily challenge called Rite of Mud that specified me to teleport and hit four survivors. Which I did but did not receive any progress toward said challenge.

I recall from reading an achievement guide you have to be using the Object of Obsession perk that is one of Laurie Strode's Unique's. Though I did that on PS4 I likewise did not get the achievement either.
