  • Noed rewards killers for playing bad, so because of that, you’re already getting a buff you don’t deserve, noed needs a rework, not a buff.   • When I played Myers I had several instances of tier 2 and tier 3 music playing, as well as survivors saying they heard it, but then instantly reverted back to tier 1 or tier 2, only happened when playing with the new servers.
