Yes it is I had a match on Azeroth the one with the house a guy with a David perk (the one were you have to stay damaged) was camping I; the corner of the house baiting me I pick him up drop and Insta off,I go up and down but I chuck him down I downed from the balcony and picked him up and he instantly got off again.

I personally prefer older ones,as a killer main I feel that people get off faster

I main clown clown can be very powerful if played correctly with anti loops slow down bottles,speed up.
