Please note that the challenge also doesn't work if they are in deep wounds. Tried the challenge as Legion and the first hook I got, everyone was injured and 2 were in deep wound. At least, I'm assuming that's why I didn't get it, further testing required.

The injured survivors have to at least be moving, I'm not sure if they have to be moving toward you or not. Empathic Connection is strongly recommended, I just used that (and Inner Focus) with Bond for easy find. At least, once I figured out that if I run up to a survivor while they are self-caring doesn't work.

The problem I've run into is the Background Player survivor challenge. I never learned how to use flashlights so even when I have the perfect set up I still mess it up. So I'm just going through the top and leave some bp on the table. Thanks for doing this even if I can't use it optimally.

The game already does "penalize" killers for hook camping. It's just that it does so by deducting points toward your Chaser emblem. And let's face it, if you're facecamping, you probably don't care too much about your Chaser emblem. It's something that feels really bad for Survivors and lets the killer feel like they have…

Can confirm, same for me over the last two days. Yesterday I thought I might have just missed it but this time it was dead center, then the space moved to the other side, it flashed red and failed.

So every time I've commented here it's because I got this daily ritual again and it still doesn't work. I didn't just keep it so I could occationally test to see if it worked. Something I noticed for the survivor mains out there, you can do Jump-Start instead of Another for the Entity (see attached image). Both are the same rewards and give access to the same nodes.

Played against another Doctor today on Coal Tower, killer had Iridescant King and High Stimulus Electrode, Shroud of Seperation, Franklin's, Overcharge, Thrilling Tremors and Pop, they appear to have been playing from console.

Must be a PS4 thing, I played Nem 3 days ago and today (daily ritual) on PC and didn't experiance this.

Do I have to heal them a full health state, finish the heal or just start the heal action to get the achievement?

Check the date I posted. This happened LONG before the update and was caused by opening the Epic store, not the ritual updates.

Not quite the same but similar, after a game it showed my devotion "gain" being negative. PC following a game Vs Legion with the new skin minus the knife (couldn't tell which knife it was) on Mothers Dwelling, was moried after the gates were powered but before they were opened.
